Local activists gathered outside the gate of Pacific Fleet Navy Command Headquarters to protest the Pentagon's decision to appeal the state's Red Hill defueling tank order on Wednesday. Speaking during a press conference is Healani Sonoda-Pale of Oahu Water Protectors.
